Glass processing complex |
In the section where glass, both transparent and colored, is collected, the user will feed the material in through a hatch that is automatically opened with a special magnetic card. After being weighed, the material is dumped into a steel duct where rotating steel brushes and high pressure water, supplied by a hydrojet, eliminate the labels, collars and clean the material.
The glass is then minced with a 7.5 kW grinder to achieve sufficiently homogeneous dimensions and a vacuum sucks up the labels and collars that were previously separated.
When this process is completed, the material will be set in storage to be picked up in due time.
