Description of the process for working glass (transparent and colored)

Glass processing complex		 In the section where glass, both transparent and colored, is collected, the user will feed the material in through a hatch that is automatically opened with a special magnetic card. After being weighed, the material is dumped into a steel duct where rotating steel brushes and high pressure water, supplied by a hydrojet, eliminate the labels, collars and clean the material.

The glass is then minced with a 7.5 kW grinder to achieve sufficiently homogeneous dimensions and a vacuum sucks up the labels and collars that were previously separated.

When this process is completed, the material will be set in storage to be picked up in due time.
